Terms and conditions for CelcomDigi pickleball clinics.

1 – I understand that signing up does not automatically mean I will be selected to participate.

2 – I am an existing CelcomDigi customer and am prepared to provide proof of this on request before participating in any clinic

3 – If accepted to participate in a clinic, I understand I am responsible for arriving on time, in appropriate attire, with required equipment and understand that if I do not arrive on time the clinic will start without me, and that i am not entitled to any compensation in the event i miss the clinic.

4 – If I am unable to attend the clinic, I will inform the organiser (pickleball @likedup.asia) and understand that I am NOT entitled to send someone in my place.

5 –  LinkedUp Asia SDN is the clinic organiser and is running the Clinic on behalf of Celcomdigi.

6 – Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

1. Acknowledgement of Risks:
   I acknowledge that participation in pickleball teambuilding involves physical activity that may pose risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, other bodily injuries or worse. I understand that these risks are inherent to the sport and activities involved.
2. Assumption of Responsibility:
   I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in the pickleball teambuilding course, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or the conditions of the training environment.
3. Release and Hold Harmless:
   In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE LinkedUp Asia Sdn Bhd, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and instructors from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to my participation in the course, including any injuries resulting therefrom.
4. Medical Treatment:
   In the event of an injury, I authorise LinkedUp Asia and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
