1. Players are to report to the designated court on time. If players do not show up when their game is called, NO SHOW is calculated at 10 mins after the game is called. NO SHOW is an automatic walkover.
2. All round-robin games will be played using rally scoring. The first player to reach 15 points wins, with no deuce and no serve to win.
3. If the category has knockout rounds these will also be based on rally scoring; first to reach 15 points wins with no deuce and no serve to win.
4. Quarter Finals & Semi Finals will be played using rally scoring. The first player to reach 21 points wins, with no deuce and no serve to win.
5. 3rd place matches and Finals matches will be one game – TRADITIONAL scoring, first to reach 15 points wins. No Deuce.
6. There will be no umpire for Round Robin, last 16 and quarter finals games. Line calls will be by the receiving Players. If there is any dispute, Player to settle amongst themselves. If this cannot be achieved, they may call the Tournament Director to settle the dispute.
7. In the event there is a dispute on the final point in any knockout round game and no official has seen it and players cannot resolve tournament director will ask for point to be replayed.
8. Semi Final, 3rd Place & Finals – There will be an Umpire to call out score and kitchen fault. Line calls by players and with reconfirmation by Umpire subject to visibility.
   a. Guidance for disputes. Let players make the call, even if you think a player called it wrong, if no dispute is raised by either side, you DO NOT intervene and let the point stand. If any player disputes a call and asks for your decision as umpire you must only make the call if you clearly saw the ball and are 100% certain of the call you are going to make. Once you make that call it is final, and players cannot protest further. If you are asked to make a decision and you are not 100% certain, you can order a replay.
9. Time out – None for Round Robin, Quarter & Semi Finals. Finals and 3rd place match – 1 timeout per of 1 minute per team per game.
10. Hydration break – Players may take hydration break between any point, however the bottle must be on court, and they should not take longer than 30 seconds each time they drink.
11. Injury Timeout – 10 mins cumulative per team. If player is unable to continue, it will be considered as a Forfeit. Please have a timer start when the medical team is on the site.
12. Players must call out the score loud and reconfirmed by the opponent. Disputes on scores must be at the time the score is called out and not after the game is played or completed.
13. Rules subject to change at any time at the discretion of the tournament director.
14. If a player hits a ball which then hits the ceiling/roof, that shot is then considered ‘out’ by the player who hit the ball.
15. USAPA rules apply.

1. There will be no paddle check. Players are not allowed to use Paddles which are ban by USAPA and if there are any complaints, organiser has the right to request players to change their paddle.

1. We are recording DUPR for this tournament and all match results will be recorded on RECLUB.
2. Please ensure that all players have registered for DUPR and your DUPR must be linked to RECLUB.
3. All players MUST have a picture on RECLUB profile for identification.

We will award prizes for “Daikin Man & Woman of the Match”. This will be calculated based on the players with the highest total number of points scored across all their games.

For players who compete in 2 categories, we will divide their total number of points scored by 2. For players in a category which has a last 16 round, we will deduct their lowest score from a single game in their round robin.

T-shirt will be provided during the registration. T-shirt must be worn if you are on the podium.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be aware YOU are responsible for ensuring you do not enter overlapping categories.

If you enter overlapping categories and you have two games scheduled at the same time you will have to forfeit that game. If this happens in any knockout round you will forfeit and exit that category.
